Which Limpido EZ VP model to choose for your pool?

Avant de commencer : coupez l'alimentation électrique et arrêtez la pompe de filtration. Le raccordement électrique peut exposer à des chocs électriques : CCEI recommande vivement de faire appel à une personne qualifiée.

1. Emplacement de la cellule

   La cellule s'installe sur une canalisation Ø 50 mm, en aval de la filtration, après le filtre. Elle accepte un montage horizontal ou vertical. En position verticale, montez-la câble et bouchon vers le haut : un débit légèrement supérieur peut alors être nécessaire.

2. Montage en ligne ou en bypass

   Le bypass est recommandé et devient indispensable au-delà de 22 m³/h. Il permet de maîtriser le débit dans la cellule et de la démonter sans interrompre la filtration.

3. Raccordement hydraulique de la cellule

   Placez les joints, puis montez la cellule avec les deux raccords-unions Ø 50 mm fournis. Vérifiez au passage que le bandeau central de couleur de la cellule correspond bien au coffret livré : il identifie le volume maximal traité.

4. Pose du détecteur de débit

   Le détecteur empêche toute production en l'absence de circulation d'eau ou pendant un contre-lavage. Percez la canalisation, installez le collier de prise en charge, vissez le mamelon mâle/mâle ¾" puis le détecteur, en étanchant au Téflon et sans serrage excessif. Le détecteur se monte à la verticale sur une canalisation horizontale, avec la flèche gravée orientée dans le sens de circulation de l'eau. Il doit être placé juste avant ou juste après la cellule, sur la même branche : aucune dérivation, vanne ou autre élément ne doit s'intercaler entre les deux.

5. Mise à la terre de l'eau (Pool-Terre)

   Le dispositif Pool-Terre évacue les charges électrostatiques présentes dans l'eau et limite les phénomènes de corrosion. Vissez l'électrode dans un collier de prise en charge, puis reliez-la directement à un piquet de terre local avec un fil vert/jaune de 4 mm² minimum.

6. Fixation du coffret

   Conformément à la norme NF C 15-100, le coffret s'installe à plus de 3,50 m du bord du bassin (distance appréciée en contournant les obstacles) ou dans un local enterré accessible par une trappe nécessitant un outil. Il ne doit pas être installé directement à l'extérieur : protégez-le de la pluie, des jets d'arrosage ou de nettoyage et des UV, et ne le placez pas en zone inondable. Fixez-le au mur sur un support plan et stable avec les 4 vis et chevilles fournies.

7. Alimentation électrique

   Alimentez le coffret en 230 V monophasé 50 Hz, sur une ligne protégée par un différentiel 30 mA et une protection court-circuit de 16 A maximum. La section du câble doit être adaptée à la longueur totale. L'alimentation doit être permanente : ne l'asservissez jamais à la pompe de filtration, la production étant déjà conditionnée par le détecteur de débit.

8. Connexions

   Branchez la cellule sur le connecteur latéral et clipsez-la dans le serre-câble prévu. Le contact de couverture automatique et l'asservissement ORP se raccordent dans le compartiment à l'arrière du coffret. Ces contacts doivent impérativement être des contacts secs, libres de tout potentiel : une erreur de connexion peut endommager l'appareil sans prise en charge sous garantie.

9. Mise en service et connexion Vigipool

   Contrôlez le taux de sel avant le premier démarrage : le Limpido EZ VP fonctionne entre 2 et 4 g/L, avec un optimum à 3 g/L à 25 °C. Après tout ajout de sel, attendez sa dissolution complète — 24 à 48 heures — avant de relancer la production. Maintenez le pH autour de 7,2. Téléchargez enfin l'application Vigipool pour appairer l'appareil : l'appairage se fait uniquement depuis l'application, jamais depuis les réglages Bluetooth du téléphone. En Wi-Fi, seuls les réseaux 2,4 GHz sont pris en charge. Renseignez la dureté de l'eau dans l'application : l'appareil ajuste alors les cycles d'inversion de polarité et prolonge la durée de vie de la cellule.
