Shipping Costs
For metropolitan France, shipping costs are free for purchases over 150 euros. Below this amount, the delivery cost depends on the weight of your package and the carrier you select.

Delays
If your package does not reach you on time, due to a delay by the Post Office or the carrier, we cannot be held responsible. The time and date of deposit will be taken as proof.

Package Condition
It is your responsibility to check upon delivery that the package contains the ordered products and that no damage occurred during transport. If this is not the case, you must refuse the package or at least make a reservation.
