Replacing the Avady peristaltic tube is a quick and simple operation that does not require specific tools.

1. Cut off the power supply to the dosing pump.
2. Open the pump head cover.
3. Carefully remove the old worn tube by disconnecting the fittings.
4. Install the new tube, observing the direction of assembly.
5. Check that the tube is correctly positioned in the roller.
6. Close the cover and then restart the device.

👉 To extend the life of the tube, apply a thin layer of silicone grease during installation.
