Which devices is the ZLA cell compatible with?
The Zelia ZLA cell is specifically designed for Limpido Z (Z2 and Z3) electrolyzers as well as CCEI's Zelia VP range. It is also compatible with certain models manufactured for partners, such as the Elysa electrolyzer (Caron brand).
What is the difference between the ZLA and ZLC cells?
Be careful not to confuse them! Although they look similar (both transparent and luminous), they are not interchangeable. The ZLA is made for the Limpido Z, while the ZLC is made for the Limpido ZLC. Check the label on your control box or old cell before ordering.
What is the purpose of the cell's LED lighting?
The LED lighting is a very practical visual indicator. The cell's color changes according to the water temperature and salt level. For example, it can light up in green, blue, or orange to inform you of the pool's status without having to consult the technical control box.
Does the installation require any adjustments?
No, it's "Plug & Play". The cell already integrates the flow detector and temperature probe. Simply screw it onto your existing 50mm fittings and plug the single connector into the control box. The device will automatically detect the new cell.
When should the ZLA cell be replaced?
If you notice insufficient chlorine production despite a correct salt level, or if the titanium plates appear very worn (deteriorated coating), it's time to change it. An alert may also appear on your Limpido Z control box.
