Questions fréquentes sur l'Antenne WiFi/Bluetooth CCEI

L'antenne fonctionne-t-elle en Wifi ou seulement en Bluetooth ?

Les deux. Elle embarque un transmetteur Bluetooth® Low Energy et un transmetteur Wifi. Vous choisissez le mode dans l'application de votre équipement : le Bluetooth® pour un pilotage direct à proximité, le Wifi pour piloter depuis n'importe quelle pièce connectée à votre box.

Mon Wifi est en 5 GHz, est-ce compatible ?

Non, l'antenne fonctionne uniquement sur la bande 2,4 GHz. La plupart des box récentes diffusent les deux bandes simultanément : dans ce cas, aucune manipulation n'est nécessaire. Si votre box est réglée en 5 GHz exclusif, activez la bande 2,4 GHz dans son interface d'administration avant l'appairage.

Puis-je l'installer moi-même ?

Le raccordement se fait à l'intérieur d'un coffret électrique. CCEI recommande de faire appel à une personne qualifiée : une erreur de câblage peut détruire l'antenne et l'équipement raccordé, et présente un risque de choc électrique. Si vous n'êtes pas à l'aise avec ce type d'intervention, faites appel à votre pisciniste.

Pourquoi l'appairage Bluetooth échoue-t-il depuis les réglages de mon téléphone ?

Parce qu'il ne doit pas se faire depuis les paramètres Bluetooth® généraux. Ouvrez d'abord l'application de votre équipement (Meteor, Orpheo X, Limpido XC ou Mod RC+), c'est elle qui gère l'appairage.
