Easy to use
The Zelia ZLT L pushes the boundaries of compact technology to serve large pools up to 75 m³. It is the ideal solution for those who want the power of a large salt chlorinator without the bulk of a complex installation. Capable of producing up to 16g of chlorine per hour, it ensures shock disinfection while maintaining the elegance and simplicity of the Zelia range (transparent cell, LED indicators). Thanks to its efficient technology, this salt chlorinator operates with a reduced salt level. However, we recommend an average of 3 to 4 g/L for optimal operation, to be slightly adjusted according to water temperature variations.
The intelligent and user-friendly salt chlorinator
The Zelia ZLT L salt chlorinator from CCEI offers a wide range of features for pool treatment tailored to your needs. Select the most suitable production mode for your installation and let your chlorinator manage the treatment for you.
The Zelia chlorinator also allows for chlorine production to be linked to the position of the pool cover or a RedOx analyzer. With the Zelia ZLT chlorinator, you'll never have too much chlorine in the water.
Available production modes
- Thermoregulated modes : when water temperature increases, disinfectant needs increase. With thermoregulated modes, the Zelia chlorinator adjusts the daily chlorine duration to match the pool's needs.
- Programmed modes : program the chlorinator's daily production hours.
- Interlocked mode : by interlocking the Zelia with a RedOx analyzer like Oxeo SP, the device only produces chlorine when the analyzer indicates it is necessary.
- Shock chlorine : temporarily increases chlorine production.
-
ON mode : production starts as soon as filtration is activated.
A salt chlorinator configurable according to your pool
In addition to the production mode, the display directly on the electrolysis cell offers the possibility to modify many parameters of the chlorinator.
- Production level : adjust the production level (0 to 100%) especially if you oversize the device.
- Water hardness : input the water hardness to automatically adjust polarity reversal and thus extend the cell's lifespan.
- Manual cover mode : manually reduce chlorine production if you have a bubble cover using the switch on the power box.

A ready-to-use cell for quick and easy installation
The Zelia electrolysis cell was designed to simplify installation as much as possible. Integrated within the cell are the flow detector (which prevents production when filtration is stopped) and the temperature probe (necessary for thermoregulated treatment).
Thus, with just one hole drilled in the pipe (standard 50mm diameter), you install a chlorinator ready to be started up.
All you have to do is connect the cell to the power supply unit with the supplied connector. The connector sends all the useful information to the chlorinator: current, flow, temperature, salt level, etc.

An illuminated and robust electrolysis cell
Thanks to its ingenious design, the ZELIA cell has been awarded by the pool industry in 2013 and 2014.
The Zelia cell is also illuminated by LEDs located under the display. This lighting is not just a gadget! Depending on the color of the LEDs, you get important information: water temperature or salt level depending on whether the device is in production or not. No need to take out your thermometer anymore!
Moreover, being transparent, the cell allows you to quickly check the good condition of the titanium plates (covered with ruthenium), the water quality, but also the chlorine production by the formation of bubbles in the cell.

Simplified installation even for the most cramped spaces
The Zelia salt chlorinator can be used for many types of pools. If you have a technical room that is difficult to access, with little space, this salt chlorinator is perfectly suited. Very compact, the cell only needs 200 mm to be installed (185 mm cell + fittings).
It is perfectly suited for small pools and can be installed on filter blocks already integrated into the pool.

Frequently Asked Questions about the Zelia ZLT CCEI Chlorinator
What makes the Zelia ZLT chlorinator smart?
The Zelia ZLT features several intelligent production modes that automatically adapt chlorine production to your pool's needs. It offers thermoregulated modes that adjust production according to water temperature, a mode slaved to a Redox analyzer, customizable programmed modes, and even cover detection to reduce production when the pool is covered.
How does the Zelia ZLT's thermoregulation work?
Thermoregulation allows the Zelia to automatically adapt the chlorine production duration based on water temperature. When the temperature increases, disinfectant needs also increase. An integrated temperature probe in the cell continuously measures the temperature and adjusts production to precisely match your pool's needs, thus avoiding under-dosing in summer and over-dosing in spring.
What are the colored LEDs on the Zelia cell for?
The colored LEDs located below the display provide instant visual information. Depending on the color displayed, you know the water temperature or the salt level whether the device is in production or not. No need for a thermometer or test strips, a quick glance is enough to get this essential information. This feature, awarded in 2013 and 2014, makes controlling your pool even simpler.
Why is the Zelia ZLT cell transparent?
The transparent cell allows for quick visual verification of several essential elements: the condition of the ruthenium-coated titanium plates, the quality of the water circulating in the cell, and especially chlorine production thanks to the appearance of small effervescent bubbles during electrolysis. This transparency also facilitates early detection of potential fouling or wear of the cell.
Is the Zelia ZLT suitable for small plant rooms?
Yes, the Zelia ZLT is ultra-compact and perfectly suited for confined spaces. The cell only requires 200 mm of space for installation, which is 185 mm for the cell itself plus the fittings. It can even be installed on filter blocks already integrated into the pool and is suitable for buried plant rooms. It's the ideal solution for small pools and installations with limited space.
How do I install the Zelia ZLT chlorinator?
Installation is simplified to the maximum. The cell already integrates the flow detector and the temperature probe. You only need one standard Ø50 mm diameter pipe drilling to install the cell. Then, simply connect the cell to the power box with the supplied connector which transmits all necessary information: current, flow, temperature, salt level. The cell is ready to use immediately.
How do I know if my Zelia ZLT is producing chlorine?
When the Zelia ZLT is producing chlorine, you should see small effervescent bubbles appearing in the transparent cell. If these bubbles are not visible, it may indicate that the cell is fouled or worn. In this case, start by cleaning the cell with white vinegar. If after cleaning the bubbles still do not appear, the cell may need replacement or a check of the production level.
How do I clean the Zelia ZLT cell?
Cleaning is done in 5 simple steps: screw the cell vertically onto the cleaning cap, fill it with cleaning product or white vinegar until the plates are fully immersed, let it rest for 3 to 6 hours depending on the fouling, repeat if necessary to remove all deposits, then empty and rinse before putting it back in place. Regular cleaning extends the lifespan of your cell.
What parameters can be adjusted on the Zelia ZLT?
The Zelia offers numerous settings via the integrated display on the cell: adjustment of the production level from 0 to 100% (useful if you oversize the device), setting of water hardness to optimize automatic polarity reversal and extend cell life, manual cover mode to reduce production when using a bubble cover, and CHOC chlorine mode to temporarily increase production.
Which Zelia ZLT model should I choose for my pool?
The choice depends on your pool's volume and several factors: water temperature, pool environment, pH, and use of a stabilizer. Available models treat pools up to 90 m³ depending on the version. It is recommended to slightly oversize your Zelia to ensure effective treatment even in demanding conditions. With a maximum flow rate of 15 m³/h, the Zelia adapts to most residential installations.
