How to charge your Seagull Pro wireless cleaning robot?

• Simply remove the silicone plug.
• Turn off the power for efficient charging.
• Be sure to clean the charging port for optimal connection.
• Replace the silicone plug after charging for added water protection.

Can the battery be replaced in case of failure?

The battery and motor are guaranteed for 24 months. You can contact us by email or phone to obtain a replacement.

What to do if your Seagull Pro robot rears up in the pool?

If you use your Seagull Pro when the pool is really dirty (for example, after winterization) and there are algae, remember to clean the filter more frequently. Its fine filtration can eliminate algae, but they risk clogging the filter. If the filter basket is clogged, the robot may rear up. Once cleaned, your Seagull Pro should be good as new!

Our packages are shipped daily via DPD, Colissimo, Chronopost, UPS, and DHL and are insured.

All orders placed before noon, Monday to Friday, are shipped the same day, and orders placed after noon are shipped the following business day.

Shipping costs

For mainland France, shipping costs are free for purchases over 150 euros. Below this amount, the delivery cost depends on the weight of your package and the carrier you select.

For international shipments, shipping costs can vary, depending on the destination and the cargo, from 4 euros to over 100 euros.
