The customer service is our top priorities. By placing an order on PoolPlanet, you are always sure to get a customised service  in case of a problem. 

For complaint, there are different procedures that must be followed.

- go to your account: https://www.poolplanet.fr/en/my-account
- log in with your PoolPlanet.fr username and password.
- Choose "Order history and details".
- Click on the reference of your order.
- Select the product you wish to return by clicking on the box to the left of the reference.
- Specify the reason of the return.
- Click on "generate the return".
